WHO IS COOL
SOUL FEEL?

Cool Soul Feel is a dynamic record production and songwriting duo based in Florida, featuring multi-instrumentalist Nick Palmer II and lyricist Kenny Allen. With over 15 years of collaboration, we've cultivated a unique synergy, blending deep soulful roots from the 70s and 80s into a fresh sound for the modern ear.

With our vibrant, one-of-a-kind music production and years of crafting melodies, we aim to keep creating timeless, soulful music. Our passion ignited while creating Essence d’Ame (French for ‘The Essence of Soul’), a hip-hop soul band that set Orlando's standard for years, not only with melodic tunes and live performances but also through hosting live shows. Following this success, we launched Real Feel Recording, a professional studio for recording and music production.

During the pandemic, we stayed focused on carving out our niche, crafting glorious sounds for our new live soul band, Smooth Soul Sailor. In addition to this, we started writing a slew of new music, which led to us securing a licensing deal for placing our music in TV and film.

We are the best due to our tenacity, deep affinity for music and always provide creative, handcrafted, musical delightfulness for the soul.

We meet and discuss references and lyrical inspiration for your track, and begin to brainstorm.

Presenting Our Ideas

We meet again where CSF will present 3 song ideas based on ideas from our first meeting and you can pick one for us to complete.

Pre-Production

This is where we get down to business, take the idea you've chosen and create a complete and fully crafted song. We will send you examples as we work to get your input.

Recording, Mixing and Mastering.

We're in the home stretch now - getting the perfect recording is easy when you've done the pre-production. Then we send it over to our world-class engineers to mix and master.
